I grew up in Bolivar, Missouri, where I first discovered graphic design through a Photoshop class in 7th grade. I was drawn to the detailed nature and creative freedom of the class, and I even won an award for being the best at Photoshop! While I didn’t dive deeper into it at the time, the experience stuck with me, and creative hobbies remained a big part of my life.

Now, as a graduate with a bachelor’s degree in graphic design from Missouri State University, I’m excited to see how those early interests have evolved into career opportunities. During my time at Missouri State, I won a campus-wide t-shirt design contest, with my work being printed and sold at the university’s birthday celebration. Beyond school, I’ve gained valuable professional experience, working as a project management assistant for four years and more recently as a marketing/financial advisor assistant. I’m eager to continue building on these experiences as I move forward in my career.

My goal is to build a career in marketing or graphic design, combining creativity with the practical skills I’ve developed through my education and work experiences. I aim to advance my graphic design skills, grow both my professional and personal portfolio, and create designs that have real-world impact.
